Company Website: www.ratnamani.com JOB DESCRIPTION: · Identify and penetrate high-growth regions like the Middle East, Europe, USA, or Southeast Asia. · Appoint, manage, and evaluate overseas agents, stockists, and local distributors. · Establish direct relationships with international EPC contractors, traders, and heavy industrial end-users. · Track upcoming global infrastructure, desalination, chemical, and energy projects to generate raw inquiries. · Lead compliance efforts to clear stringent vendor registration processes for state-owned enterprises · Coordinate with the production and quality assurance teams to align products with international regulatory bodies and certifications. · Review international requests for quotations (RFQs) and technical specifications for seamless and welded pipes. · Work with procurement and finance to design competitive pricing strategies considering volatile raw material (nickel/chrome) indexes. · Handle international contract negotiations regarding pricing, credit terms, and delivery timelines. · Oversee preparation and timely submission for complex international government and private commercial tenders. · Apply deep working knowledge of international trade terms (e.g., FOB, CIF, CFR) to structure profitable export shipments. · Manage or review cross-border documentation including Letters of Credit (LC), Bills of Lading (BL), and Certificates of Origin (COO). · Represent the company at major international trade fairs, metal expos, and client-facing business summits. · Build long-term relationship loops with existing international buyers to secure recurring annual contracts. · Deep understanding of stainless steel grades (e.g., 304, 316, Duplex), production standards (ASTM, ASME, EN), and structural differences between seamless and welded tubes. · Practical knowledge of international shipping, customs processes, and cross-border risk management. Soft Skills & Key Attributes · Languages: Fluency in English; proficiency in foreign languages will add an advantage · Negotiation: Strong B2B negotiation skills to close high-value contracts. · Mobility: Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and industrial trade exhibitions.
