Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Jhandewalan. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining positive client relationships, handling customer service inquiries, and providing training to clients.

Additionally, the role will involve managing sales strategies and contributing to process improvements to achieve company growth and revenue goals. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with clients and team members Proficiency in Customer Service and a customer-first approach to resolving inquiries effectively Proven Sales and Sales Management skills, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets Experience in Training clients or team members to effectively use products and services Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take initiative in a dynamic workplace Comfortable working in an on-site office environment located in Jhandewalan A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Familiarity with CRM tools and software is a plus
