The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering customized solutions to match their needs. Daily tasks include engaging with potential customers, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales presentations, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating closely with internal teams to meet company objectives. Additional duties may involve supporting training initiatives and offering insights to enhance sales strategies. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and address their needs Experience in Sales, with a proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets Knowledge of Sales Management principles, including managing pipelines and improving sales performance Experience in creating proposals and identifying the needs of the business.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment Excellent organizational and time management skills Experience in working in an agency environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Base+Commission
