URGENT POSITION TO BE FILLED – Delhi Salary: 12 LPA (MAX) Strong Industry & Sales Background (Non-Negotiable): B2B - HoReCa Sales (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Catering, Institutions) -- (FMCG / Beverage Industry - Tea, Coffee, Beverages) Must-Have Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Marketing / Commerce or related field Preferred: MBA (Sales / Marketing / General Management preferred strongly) 6 to 10+ years of core mandatory experience in B2B Sales (FMCG / Beverage Industry - Tea, Coffee, Beverages) HoReCa Sales (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Catering, Institutions) Pure B2B + HoReCa + Institutional Sales (NOT retail-focused candidates) Distributor-led + Direct corporate/HoReCa engagement & Channel Management Cross-functional exposure (logistics, accounts, marketing) Primary & Secondary Sales Target Achievement Institutional & Corporate Sales Development Key Account Management (KAM) – premium/large clients handling Territory/Regional Sales Management – assigned geography ownership Relationship Building & Client Acquisition – HoReCa + Corporate base expansion CRM Tools + Excel Reporting – sales tracking, pipeline & MIS reporting Logistics / Supply Coordination with Internal Teams (Accounts, Marketing, Supply Chain) Description: We are looking for a seasoned FMCG/Beverage B2B sales professional with 6+ years of experience, who has hands-on exposure in managing HoReCa, institutional and distributor-driven sales ecosystems. The candidate must have a proven track record of driving primary and secondary sales, expanding business in assigned territory, and building strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, corporates, and caterers. Strong communication, presentability, and ability to handle premium clients along with proficiency in Excel/CRM tools is essential.
