Job Description: We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to sell MyOfficeBuddy to mid and large-sized corporates.
You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, engaging with decision-makers in facility and administration teams, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, referrals, and social media.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our software solutions and how they address the specific needs and challenges of targeted customers. Client Consultation: Conduct needs assessments and consult with potential clients to understand their requirements. Present our software solutions in a clear and compelling manner, emphasizing their benefits and value.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Attend industry events and conferences to expand your network. Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions using our CRM system.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager. Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications: Demonstrated high ownership levels, client centricity and discipline at work. 2-4 years of sales experience selling software solutions to mid and large sized corporates.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Self-motivated and results-oriented. Knowledge of facilities management and administration processes is a plus. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
