Join a leading glass manufacturer and distributor at the forefront of innovation—delivering cutting-edge, specialist glass products to architects, construction leaders, and manufacturing experts.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\n\n * Building and managing strong relationships with architects, main contractors, joinery companies, and door manufacturers\n\n * Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities across the Midlands region\n\n * Promoting a range of high-specification glass products for commercial and residential projects\n\n * Securing product specifications at early design stages and following through to project completion\n\n * Delivering compelling presentations and technical product guidance to clients\n\n * Managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation to negotiation and closing\n\n * Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction\n\n * Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and pipeline performance\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\n * Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within construction, building materials, or architectural products\n\n * Strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence decision-makers\n\n * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills\n\n * Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-focused\n\n * Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with confidence
