Salary : Upto 6 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve secondary sales targets for the assigned territory
- Manage distributors and drive distribution growth
- Expand outlet coverage and activate new outlets
- Ensure product visibility, merchandising, and in-store execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Coach and support distributor sales teams to improve performance
