An established UK manufacturing business is entering an ambitious growth phase following recent investment and is looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead its commercial function. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of sales strategy, develop OEM and distributor partnerships, and lead a small, capable sales team. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, with genuine autonomy to shape the sales function and deliver meaningful growth.
What you’ll do Own and execute the sales strategy, with a strong focus on OEM development Lead, coach and motivate a small sales team Manage key OEM, distributor and strategic customer relationships Drive revenue growth, margin and CRM-led sales discipline Identify new markets, opportunities and routes to growth Represent the business with customers, partners and at industry events What we’re looking for Strong B2B sales background, ideally with OEM experience Proven ability to build and execute sales strategies Experience leading or developing sales teams Commercially sharp, energetic and comfortable in a growing, fast-paced environment Confident engaging with technical or engineered products Why join?
