• Lead and manage the sales team across Kerala.

• Develop key hospital and channel partnerships.

• Build and mentor high-performing sales teams.

• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen market presence.

✔ Senior sales leadership experience in the Medical Devices / Healthcare industry.

✔ Proven experience in team handling and driving business performance.

✔ Strong knowledge of the Telangana market and key healthcare accounts.

✔ Strategic mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.

✔ Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
