Maintenance Engineer

Role: Senior Executive - Maintenance

Work Experience: 2-4 years

Role and Responsibilities

1. Validation of technical requirements related to HVAC, electrical, Civil, plumbing for the retail stores

2. Tracking of all budgets and expenses related to maintenance team

3. Tracking of electricity consumption at stores and identification of saving potentials

4. Coordination with store teams for the issuance of Capex, Opex and AMC approvals

5. Creation of PO, PR and invoice processing for the department

6. Maintaining records of all the PO, expenses and issuance of the capex budget to the store team

7. IOT – Managing all IOT controller connectivity

8. Help in budget creation for the maintenance team

9. MIS reporting for the department for the expenses related to the maintenance team

10. Store visits for NSOs and validation of technical services of the store

11. Cost negotiation in coordination with procurement team

Top KPI’s (Ideally Measurable) for this role are

1. Timely renewals of all the AMCs, timely closer of all invoices and PO

2. Budget tracking and monthly MIS

3. IOT network connectivity and whitelisting part.
