Job Summary We are looking for a highly driven and proactive sales professional who can generate leads, engage with prospects on-ground, and convert opportunities into business. This role requires a strong field presence, relationship-building skills, and a consultative sales approach. Job Qualifications 4–6 years of experience in Sales / Business Development Strong experience in field sales, direct sales, B2B or B2C sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with on-ground activities and frequent travel Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented Ability to build trust and maintain client relationships Strong persuasion and negotiation skills Prior experience in education, training, or services industry is a plus High ownership, accountability, and a proactive mindset Job Responsibilities Generate leads through field visits, networking, and direct outreach Engage with local vendors and prospects through on-site meetings Understand client requirements and pitch relevant solutions/services Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets Benefits Innovative Engineering: Collaborative, fail-fast, flat hierarchy.
