Our Sales team is growing, and we're hiring a Sales Lead!
If you're a natural closer who thrives on discovery calls and sharp proposals, this role might be for you. You'll own the full mid-to-low funnel, from qualified opportunities straight through to close, and help us build the sales area from scratch: process, CRM, playbook, all of it. We're looking for someone with 6+ years running B2B deals autonomously, and native or C2-level English to work directly with US-based clients.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2B sales/business development, ideally within agencies, creative services, or content production.
- Real experience working with US-based clients.
- C2 or native English proficiency.
- US visa required, and willingness to travel at least twice a year.
