Position Overview

Reporting to the General Manager – Dealers Australia, the Sales Intelligence Specialist will partner with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to transform complex commercial data into actionable insights that support revenue growth, pricing strategy, and Route to Market initiatives. This role is responsible for developing advanced reporting frameworks, providing strategic recommendations, and delivering analytics that directly influence commercial decision-making. This is a permanent full-time opportunity based out of Rydalmere, NSW.

What you'll do

  • Design, develop and continuously enhance Power BI dashboards and commercial reporting frameworks.
  • Analyse complex sales and commercial datasets to identify trends, risks and growth opportunities.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain teams to improve commercial performance.
  • Support strategic planning, forecasting and performance measurement across key business initiatives.
  • Analyse pricing, discounting and margin performance to identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
  • Provide analytical support for Route to Market initiatives, including dealership network optimisation and expansion.
  • Identify and lead analytical projects that improve customer, channel and product performance.
  • Monitor key commercial performance indicators and ensure insights are translated into business actions.
  • Produce timely, accurate and high-quality reporting to support executive decision-making.
  • All other duties as assigned

Who you are

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Data Analytics, Economics or a related discipline.
  • At least three years' experience in Sales Analytics, Commercial Finance, Revenue Growth Management or a similar commercial analytics role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard development and data modelling.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into practical business recommendations.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing commercial or sales strategy through data-driven insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working collaboratively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience within FMCG, retail, manufacturing or distribution industries will be highly regarded.
  • Exposure to pricing strategy, discounting analysis or revenue optimisation frameworks is advantageous.

Salary: $85,000 to $95,000
