Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Executive. The role involves monitoring and analyzing sales performance, providing training and support to the sales team, and developing strategies to improve sales force efficiency. The SFE Executive will also work to enhance customer service, strengthen communication, and ensure effective sales management practices are implemented to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with clients and team members. Proficiency in sales and sales management to develop, track, and improve sales performance. Experience in conducting training programs to enhance the skills and productivity of the sales team.

Ability to analyze performance data and implement strategies to drive results. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in using CRM tools or sales tracking software is a plus.

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently. Top 5 Skills Required: Sales Operations Data Analysis (Excel) CRM Management Pharmaceutical Sales Support MIS Reporting Secondary Sales / Stockist Management DCR (Daily Call Report) Analysis Incentive Calculation SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness) Field Force Automation (FFA) Key Responsibilities 1.

Sales Data & Performance Management Compile and analyze Secondary Sales Data to track market penetration. Update and maintain Target Sheets and calculate monthly Incentives for the field force. Monitor and analyze Daily Call Reports (DCR) ; identify gaps and provide performance summaries to management.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to track overall business performance. 2. Field Force Coordination & Support Ensure timely submission of reports from the field force as per organizational timelines. Review and verify Medical Representative (MR) Expenses and transport invoices.

Oversee Pharmavital Software management, including development coordination and implementation. Manage onboarding and training for new joiners on reporting software ( Ecubix ) and organizational guidelines. 3. HR & Admin Operations Manage the end-to-end Keka lifecycle: from document collection and onboarding to salary processing.

Handle statutory compliance tasks including PF forms and ESIC payments/checks. Administer the Pazcare Group Accident Policy and manage corporate Zaggle Cards . Oversee general office administration, including facility maintenance (AC, RO service, etc.) and data entry work.

Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: 2–5 years in Sales Operations, SFE, or Commercial Excellence (Pharma industry preferred). Software Proficiency: Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), Keka (HRMS), and Ecubix (or similar CRM/SFE tools). Analytical Mindset: Ability to turn raw sales data into actionable insights.

Coordination: Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate across Finance, HR, and Marketing teams.
