Sales Executive

Overview

United Carriers is seeking a Sales Executive on-site in Melbourne, VIC. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining and growing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to pursue new business opportunities.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships; ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and close sales deals.

Qualifications

• Sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics.
• Experience with EDI CargoWise One or similar CRM software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
• Ability to work independently and on-site at our Melbourne, VIC location.
• Experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the industry.
