Designation: Sales Executive (FMCG Field Sales) Location: Mumbai Experience Range: 1+years Budget: 5.40 LPA Job Profile: Position Overview: We’re looking for driven, on-ground sales professionals to help us grow our presence in the market through direct outreach, relationship building, and strong execution across all channels. Key Responsibilities: 1. Market Expansion – Retail & HoReCa Channels Identify and approach potential partners across retail chains, cafés, restaurants, and other HoReCa outlets Pitch products and drive onboarding and placement Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers 2. Sales Pipeline & Lead Management Generate, qualify, and convert leads across assigned territories Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects and active accounts Track outreach, conversions, and follow-ups consistently 3. Sales Execution & Account Management Drive repeat business from existing accounts Ensure strong product visibility and availability across outlets Coordinate orders, deliveries, and resolve on-ground issues 4. Market & Consumer Insights Gather feedback from retailers and consumers on product performance Track competitor activities, pricing, and demand trends Share actionable insights and recommendations 5. Reporting & Performance Tracking Submit regular reports on sales, field activities, and outcomes Track performance against targets and identify growth opportunities. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, beverages, retail, or HoReCa sales Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable with field work and target-driven roles Self-motivated, proactive, and execution-focused Company Profile: It is a well-established heritage beverage company based in Mumbai, known for its traditional and refreshing drink products.
