About DemandPay DemandPay is building the future of B2B collections. We are a fintech product company solving critical cash-flow problems for businesses through automation and AI. For Utility companies , ISPs & subscription businesses: We digitize customer collections and automate recurring payments to stop revenue leakage.
For Enterprises (Small, Mid & Large): We provide an AI-driven AR Collections Agent that integrates with ERPs, helping finance teams reduce DSO and improve cash flow. The Opportunity We are looking for a Junior Sales Executive who is driven, eager to learn, and passionate about sales. This role is ideal for someone who can actively contribute to lead generation, client engagement, and closing deals in a fast-growing Fintech + AI startup.
You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, pitching DemandPay’s solutions, and managing the entire sales cycle -from initial outreach to deal closure. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels. Sales Support: Assist in the sales cycle including qualification, demos, follow-ups, and closing support.
Client Interaction: Engage with business owners, founders, and finance teams to understand their requirements. Product Pitching: Clearly explain DemandPay’s solutions and value proposition to potential clients. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior sales, marketing, and product teams. Target Achievement: Meet assigned sales and activity targets on a monthly basis. Who You Are Experience: 1+ years in sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably B2B).
Industry Exposure (Preferred): Fintech, SaaS, Telecom, or Payments. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Learning Mindset: Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a startup environment.
Self-Motivated: Target-driven with a proactive approach. Basic Understanding: Familiarity with sales processes and customer handling.
