DemandPay is building the future of B2C & B2B collections. We are a fintech product company solving critical cash-flow problems for businesses through automation and AI. For ISPs,Schools, NBFCs , Banks & subscription businesses: We digitize customer collections and automate recurring payments to stop revenue leakage.
For Enterprises (Small, Mid & Large): We provide Omni channel autonomous payment collection platform & Autonomous agent for accounts receivable that integrates seamlessly with ERPs, helping finance teams reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), improve cash flow, and eliminate manual follow-ups. The Opportunity We are looking for a Sales Executive with a \"hunter\" mindset who can independently open doors, navigate complex organizations, and close high-value deals. This is a 0→1 role where you will not only drive revenue but also lay the strategic foundation for our future sales organization.

Key Responsibilities End-to-End Sales Ownership: Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and cold outreach to qualification, demos, proposal generation, negotiation, and closure. Strategic Targeting: Sell directly to high-level decision-makers: ISP/Subscription Sector: Founders, Owners, and CEOs.
Enterprise Sector: CFOs, Finance Heads, AR Leads, and CIOs. Consultative Selling: Conduct deep discovery sessions to understand current collections/AR processes. Build compelling, data-backed ROI cases to demonstrate how DemandPay solves their specific cash-flow pain points.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding, drive product adoption, and identify opportunities for upsell/cross-sell. Build the Playbook: As a senior member, you will help document sales processes, create playbooks, and eventually mentor junior sales team members as we scale. Who You Are Experience: You have +2 years of B2B sales experience in one of the following domains: Fintech: Payments, Gateways, Collections, or Lending SaaS/ERP: Software solutions sold specifically to Finance or CIO functions.
Telecom: Experience selling to the ISP, Broadband, or Telecom ecosystem. Track Record: You are a proven top performer who has consistently met or exceeded sales quotas. Deal Mechanics: You are comfortable running multi-stakeholder deals, managing longer sales cycles, and negotiating at the CXO level.
Skills: You possess exceptional communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills. You know how to articulate value, not just features. Mindset: You have high ownership and thrive in ambiguity.
