Role: Sales Executive Department: Sales & Business Development Location: Hyderabad Reports to: Sales Lead Role Purpose The Sales Executive at CricClubs will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, outreach, and business generation through proactive communication. The role requires a highly motivated individual who loves interacting with people, can manage leads across time zones, and thrives on achieving ambitious targets. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Communication • Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp • Build and maintain strong relationships with cricket clubs, associations, and organizations globally. • Engage with potential clients across different time zones; flexibility in working hours is a must. • Communicate CricClubs’ value proposition effectively to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.

Sales Operations & Documentation • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline progress. • Track and update CRM systems with contact status, next steps, and outcomes. • Ensure consistent follow-ups until leads are closed or disqualified. • Prepare reports and share performance insights with the Sales Manager. Business Development & Strategy • Identify and pursue new opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and creative outreach. • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for client requirements. • Represent CricClubs in online demos, presentations, and customer meetings. • Demonstrate a “make business out of nowhere” mindset by spotting and converting unconventional opportunities. Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory). • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion abilities. • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and organized in managing tasks. • Ability to work flexible hours to support international clients. • Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage. • Freshers are encouraged to apply.
