Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Sales Executive to support our sales function. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while also initiating connections with potential clients to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Assist in client coordination Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention Act as a point of contact for clients to address queries, documentation needs, and other requirements Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client requests Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, or networking Schedule and facilitate introductions between potential clients and the founders Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups Support in preparing basic sales materials and documentation Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Good coordination and problem-solving skills Basic understanding of sales processes Proactive attitude and willingness to learn Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace Prior experience working in the battery / EV domain is mandatory Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in sales support or client servicing Exposure to B2B sales is a plus
