Job Description
Qualifications A full UK driving licence for at least 12 months Previous field sales or convenience retail experience Confidence building relationships and selling face‑to‑face Comfortable managing a territory and working independently A proactive approach to prospecting and problem‑solving Ambition to grow, develop and be part of something being built As a Sales Executive, you will be at the heart of this launch. You will manage your own territory, represent an exciting portfolio of brands, and report directly into the Red Star client team, giving you exposure, autonomy and the chance to truly influence results from day one. Responsibilities Calling on independent convenience stores and selected symbol groups, working to a structured call file while prospecting for new opportunities and filling distribution gaps. Building strong, long‑lasting relationships with store owners and key decision‑makers. Increasing distribution across Red Star’s brand portfolio. Driving additional sales through effective selling, visibility and ranging. Managing your territory and call file to maximise coverage and impact. Prospecting new stores and identifying untapped opportunities. Acting as the face of the brands in your area – professional, knowledgeable, and trusted.
