Job Title: Sales Executive (Australian Solar Process) At Chandkheda office only Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our international sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with residential and commercial customers in Australia to promote renewable energy solutions. Since you will be working with the Australian market, this role requires an early start to align with AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) and a proactive approach to lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities * Lead Management: Handle outbound calls to prospective Australian customers (warm leads and cold calling) to pitch solar PV systems and battery storage solutions. * Consultative Selling: Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy, including government rebates (STCs), long-term cost savings, and environmental impact. * Quote Generation: Prepare accurate customized solar proposals based on customer energy requirements and site suitability. * Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). * CRM Maintenance: Diligently update and manage customer data and follow-up schedules using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot). Work Schedule & Location * Location: Office-based in Chandkheda, Ahmedabad. * Shift Timings: Early morning shift (typically 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM IST) to stay synchronized with Australian business hours. * Working Days: Monday to Friday, with Alternate Saturday working. Candidate Requirements * Experience: 1–3 years of experience in International Sales or BPO (Experience in the Australian Solar industry is highly preferred). * Communication: Exceptional verbal English skills with a neutral or slight Western accent; ability to handle objections professionally. * Skills: Strong negotiation skills, basic mathematical proficiency for calculating ROI, and a tech-savvy mindset. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
