Job Title: Business Development Manager – US Staffing Location: Remote Experience: 8+ years ( Mandatory: US staffing sales with direct client acquisition ) Role Overview We are hiring a pure Business Development (Hunter) professional for the US staffing market. The focus is on acquiring new direct clients and driving revenue growth. This is not an account management role.
Key Responsibilities Drive new client acquisition in the US market (direct clients only) Build and convert a strong outbound pipeline (cold outreach, networking, referrals) Own the end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting → meetings → closure) Identify and close opportunities across contract, C2C, W2, and FTE staffing models Establish long-term client relationships and repeat business Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful closures and fulfillment Mandatory Requirements 5+ years of experience in US staffing business development Proven track record of onboarding direct US clients (mandatory) Strong understanding of US staffing models (C2C, W2, 1099) Demonstrated ability to generate leads, open doors, and close deals independently Experience in hunting roles (NOT account management) Good to Have Exposure to Life Sciences / Healthcare / IT staffing Existing client network in the US What We’re NOT Looking For Account Managers Delivery-focused profiles without sales experience Candidates without direct client acquisition experience
