Role Title: Head – Sales & Operations (India Domestic Staffing) Location: India (BLR/Mumbai/Ahmedabad preferred) Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned Sales & Operations Leader to build and scale our India domestic staffing business. This role will own the end-to-end P&L , driving revenue growth while establishing a high-performing, process-driven delivery organization. The ideal candidate brings a balanced blend of business development, operational rigor, and team leadership , with a proven ability to translate strategy into execution.

Key Responsibilities 1. Business Growth & Revenue Ownership Drive new client acquisition and expand existing relationships across India Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for domestic staffing services Own pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and overall business performance Identify and penetrate new markets, including Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities 2. Delivery & Operational Excellence Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (requisition to onboarding) Drive key delivery metrics including time-to-fill, submission quality, and conversion ratios Build scalable delivery models to ensure consistency and predictability Ensure high standards of client and candidate experience 3.

Governance & Performance Management Establish KPIs and performance frameworks across sales and delivery Lead regular governance forums, including pipeline reviews and delivery performance tracking Implement reporting structures, dashboards, and operational cadence Ensure accountability and data-driven decision-making across teams 4. Team Leadership & Capability Building Hire, mentor, and scale high-performing sales and recruitment teams Develop leadership bench strength within the organization Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and execution excellence 5. Stakeholder & Client Management Serve as a strategic partner and primary point of contact for key clients Manage senior stakeholder relationships across HR, business, and procurement functions Drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth Key Success Metrics Revenue growth and profitability Fill rates and time-to-fill improvements Offer-to-join conversion ratios Client retention and account expansion Team productivity and utilization Ideal Candidate Profile 10–15+ years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions Demonstrated success in owning both sales and delivery functions Proven track record of scaling teams and managing revenue portfolios Strong understanding of recruitment operations, governance, and metrics Experience working with enterprise and mid-market clients in India Why Join Us Opportunity to build and scale a high-impact business vertical High visibility and direct engagement with leadership Entrepreneurial environment with strong growth ambitions Autonomy to drive strategy and execution
