URGENT POSITION TO BE FILLED – Delhi/Gurugram (Base Location) Locations to be covered: (Company will provide all resources) Delhi Delhi - NCR Rajasthan Punjab Uttar Pradesh Important Notes: The Candidate will be dealing with OEM account Must be willing to travel 20 days in a month Must be energetic and speaks good English & regional Language. Required Skills: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (MUST) Salary: Up to 6 LPA (MAX) Required Skills: 2+ Years of Technical Sales – B2B / Industrial / OEM-focused selling OEM Customer Handling (Direct Sales) – RFQs, negotiations, closures Industrial Power Transmission Products: - Industrial Chains - Bearings - Gears - Belts - Conveyors / Power Transmission Systems Territory Management – Delhi, NCR, Rajasthan, Punjab, UP Prospecting & Lead Generation – New customer acquisition RFQ Management & Offer Follow-up Order Closure & Revenue Target Achievement Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Coordination - Drawings - QAP approvals - NDA / documentation Commercial Acumen – Pricing, negotiation, payment follow-ups Customer Relationship Management & Complaint Handling Description: We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering graduate with minimum 2 years of hands-on technical sales experience, specifically dealing with OEM customers in industrial segments. The candidate must be capable of prospecting new customers, managing RFQs, closing orders, and coordinating end-to-end order execution.
Strong exposure to industrial power transmission products (chains, bearings, gears, belts) is critical. This is a field-intensive role, requiring excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, frequent travel, and the ability to independently manage a territory while maintaining long-term customer relationships.
