About the Role: We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented, and performance-driven Sales Engineers to join our growing Sales & Marketing team. This role offers excellent exposure to client interactions, domestic and international markets, and business development, along with strong opportunities for learning, growth, and career advancement in a fast-paced and evolving industry. Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering 1–5+ years of experience in B2B / Manufacturing / Industrial Sales Candidates from Manufacturing / Pharmaceutical / Process Equipment background preferred Skills Required: Strong business acumen and commercial understanding Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Self-motivated with a result-driven approach Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships Problem-solving and analytical thinking Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel extensively (Domestic & International) Key Responsibilities: Drive sales growth by generating new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions and proposals Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients Actively follow up on leads, enquiries, and ensure timely closure of opportunities Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events to promote company offerings Travel to Domestic/International markets to attend tradeshows, conferences, and customer meetings.
