Sales Director – Cybersecurity (Enterprise) London - Remote Salary £95,000 - £105,000 (OTE £200k+) We are partnering with a high-growth international cybersecurity vendor delivering advanced security solutions to enterprise and upper mid-market organisations across EMEA. Due to continued expansion, they are hiring a Sales Director to lead a regional enterprise team, drive strategic account growth, and accelerate new logo acquisition. This is a revenue-owning leadership role combining team development and hands-on involvement in complex enterprise deals.
Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives Own regional revenue targets and growth strategy Drive new business and expansion within strategic accounts Support complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles Improve pipeline quality, forecasting accuracy and deal governance Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Channel and Marketing Contribute to regional go-to-market strategy Experience 10+ years B2B technology sales experience Experience leading enterprise cybersecurity sales teams Proven track record of consistent ARR growth Experience selling complex security solutions into large organisations Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles Experience engaging CISO, CIO and Risk stakeholders Security Domain Exposure Cloud Security, Network Security, EDR/XDR, IAM, Zero Trust, SIEM/SOC, Application Security What Success Looks Like Consistent overachievement of revenue targets Strong pipeline coverage and forecast discipline Strategic enterprise wins High-performing, accountable sales culture Effective cross-functional collaboration Interested?
