About the Role
We are looking for a driven and disciplined Sales Development Representative to support our growth in the US market. This role is heavily outbound-focused and requires someone who can consistently identify, engage, and qualify prospects within asset-heavy industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling for the US market
- Identify and qualify high-value leads within oil & gas, energy, and industrial sectors
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities for the sales team
- Research accounts and personalize outreach to decision-makers (IT, Operations, Finance leaders)
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and targeting
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead status in CRM
- Continuously improve outreach strategies based on performance metrics
Requirements
- 4β5 years of experience in a Sales Development / Outbound Sales role
- Proven experience selling into the US market (mandatory)
- Strong outbound prospecting skills with a heavy focus on cold outreach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; US accent preferred
- Experience targeting industries like oil & gas, energy, or industrial operations is a strong plus
- Ability to handle rejection, stay consistent, and maintain high activity levels
- Familiarity with tools like CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, and LinkedIn prospecting
