About the Role


We are looking for a driven and disciplined Sales Development Representative to support our growth in the US market. This role is heavily outbound-focused and requires someone who can consistently identify, engage, and qualify prospects within asset-heavy industries.


Key Responsibilities


  • Own outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling for the US market
  • Identify and qualify high-value leads within oil & gas, energy, and industrial sectors
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities for the sales team
  • Research accounts and personalize outreach to decision-makers (IT, Operations, Finance leaders)
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and targeting
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead status in CRM
  • Continuously improve outreach strategies based on performance metrics


Requirements


  • 4–5 years of experience in a Sales Development / Outbound Sales role
  • Proven experience selling into the US market (mandatory)
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills with a heavy focus on cold outreach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; US accent preferred
  • Experience targeting industries like oil & gas, energy, or industrial operations is a strong plus
  • Ability to handle rejection, stay consistent, and maintain high activity levels
  • Familiarity with tools like CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, and LinkedIn prospecting
