Repair Technician

Experience: Minimum 4+ Years of hands-on experience in PCB repair and electronics

Troubleshooting and component-level diagnostics.

Education: Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication

Electrical & Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.

Main Activity: Perform component-level PCB diagnosis, repair, and inspection for industrial

electronic systems, ensuring high-quality repair standards and accurate fault identification

across various electronic modules.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Perform visual inspection of PCBs and electronic assemblies.

Diagnose and repair PCB-related faults at the component level.

Repair and troubleshoot Drives, HMI systems, Metro cards/modules, Wind Turbine

cards, and Solar cards.

Identify defects using inspection tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other measuring

equipment.

Read and interpret circuit diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings to

troubleshoot electronic assemblies.

Perform soldering, de-soldering, and replacement of electronic components.

Ensure quality standards and inspection procedures are followed throughout the repair

process.

Maintain repair logs, inspection reports, and service documentation.

Support continuous improvement initiatives related to repair quality and process

efficiency.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of repair activities.

Skills / Attributes required:

Strong hands-on experience in PCB repair and advanced soldering techniques.

Expertise in component-level electronic troubleshooting and diagnostics.

Good understanding of industrial electronics, control systems, and electronic

assemblies.

Ability to read circuit diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.

Experience using inspection and testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes,

and other diagnostic tools.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of repairing industrial electronic modules such as Drives, HMI systems,

Metro cards, Wind Turbine cards, or Solar cards will be an added advantage.

Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a

team.
