Our software helps organizations streamline project delivery, resource management, financial management, NPD, and portfolio decision-making with powerful automation and Agentic AI. Duties and Responsibilities: Generate new sales opportunities within the IT and IT services sector by managing inbound leads and executing outbound prospecting through cold calls and email outreach. Understand customer needs and requirements.
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within assigned territory. Team with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals. Perform effective online demos to prospects.
Develop business through cold calls to new and current leads. Qualify all new sellers by analyzing their offerings aligned with market needs. Ensure to manage all existing accounts through steady communication using client service skills.
Manage and provide solutions to all issues related to customer satisfaction. Track and update all prospect interactions and deal progress in CRM tools. Key Skills- High level of natural intelligence, coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills. High degree of coachability and great listening skills. The desire to grow as a leader in a fast-growing technology company.
Key daily deliverables: 80 to 100 outbound calls. 100 emails targeting the right customer profile. Update of CRM with latest notes and inputs. Connect with prospect with different means like reaching out on LinkedIn etc.
