About the Rol
eWe are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound prospecting and generate qualified business opportunities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and prospect research, with the ability to identify decision-makers and schedule meetings for the business team

Key Responsibilitie
- sConduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients daily
- .Identify and research target companies across assigned industries
- .Find and connect with key decision-makers, including CEOs, Founders, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, CHROs, and other hiring authorities
- .Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, company websites, and other online sources to build prospect lists
- .Initiate conversations through LinkedIn messages, emails, and phone calls
- .Qualify prospects based on business requirements
- .Schedule meetings and product discovery calls for the sales/business team
- .Maintain accurate prospect information and activity records in the CRM
- .Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize meeting conversions
- .Achieve monthly targets for outreach activities, qualified meetings, and pipeline generation
- .Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
Required Skill
- s6 months to 3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Outbound Sales
- .Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- .Strong cold-calling and objection-handling abilities
- .Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting and networking
- .Ability to research companies and identify key stakeholders
- .Good internet research and lead generation skills
- .Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- .Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
Preferred Qualification
- sExperience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar
- .Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools
- .Experience in B2B sales or SaaS sales is an added advantage
