We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive who is passionate about SaaS sales and AI-powered marketing technology. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, building relationships, and helping businesses discover solutions that improve their marketing workflows.
You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, conducting discovery calls, learning and delivering product demonstrations, and supporting prospects throughout the sales process.
This role is critical to driving Adnova's growth by introducing our platform to brands and agencies around the world.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and other sales channels.
- Conduct cold calls and personalized outreach to engage prospective customers.
- Research target accounts and understand their business, marketing workflows, and challenges.
- Qualify leads through discovery calls to identify customer needs and opportunities.
- Undergo product training to develop a deep understanding of Adnova's platform and solutions.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, meetings, and opportunities in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet monthly outreach, demo, and pipeline generation targets.
Qualifications
- 1โ3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in speaking with prospects over phone, email, and video calls.
- Willingness to learn SaaS products and conduct product demonstrations.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
Work Timings
- Comfortable working in different shifts based on the assigned market (US, Europe).
- Flexibility to work evening or night shifts, depending on business requirements.
