Role Overview The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting end-to-end sales operations across offline channels. This role involves close coordination with the field sales team, distributors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of daily sales activities, efficient order management, and accurate performance tracking. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do Coordinate with Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and sales executives across regions to track daily activities, sales updates, and order status. Manage end-to-end order processing, including dispatch coordination and dealer communication. Maintain and update sales data, target trackers, and performance dashboards.

Support onboarding of new dealers and assist in tracking primary and secondary sales. Follow up with distributors for payments, inventory updates, and reporting. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and accounts to ensure timely execution of sales initiatives.

Prepare and maintain periodic MIS reports with a strong focus on data accuracy and insights. Identify gaps in processes and proactively drive improvements in coordination and reporting. What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or similar roles.

Strong communication and follow-up skills. Proficiency in Google Sheets / MS Excel; comfortable working with data and reporting tools. Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Language proficiency in English and Hindi is required; Kannada is a plus.
