Job Description
Experience: 2 to 7 years Location: Vashi Navi Mumbai Main Objectives: • High level supporting to sales team. • Help to achieve sales and marketing team target. • To be proficient in security concepts and systems in order to support Account managers to complete projects design and proposals • Develop market and brand awareness. • Customer satisfaction Main performance indicators: • Cases supported each year. • Efficiency and accuracy of the support job • Technical knowledge • Communication and coordination skills. Major responsibilities include: • Client satisfaction. • Aggressively help the sales team to achieve dept. revenue and profit targets. • Prepare diagrams, quotations, and change orders • Assist in preparing proposals. • Prepare and edit any project related document such as bidding documentation, vender • Information, contracts, presentations and invoices etc. • Create monthly sales opportunity report to update all projects at the value of more than 75USD • Help Account managers to pre-qualify project leads by conducting cold calls, sending • Introduction emails or conducting any necessary approaches if required. • Assist marketing with planning activities such as organizing events, preparing marketing materials as well as editing documents if required. • Conduct necessary marketing and products research to be more competitive in the market • Provide ideas and suggestions to improve sales results, reputation and market share. • Increase exposure though sales channels. • Maintain updated technical product information and market trends • Learn security technologies and concepts. Maintain in depth knowledge of ICD’s standard • Products and systems, modern security concepts and products that are available on the world • Assist with project management, site meetings, and client liaison where necessary.
