Role Overview We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our Bengaluru showroom team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth customer follow-ups, order coordination, and internal communication , enabling the sales team to focus on conversions and customer experience. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Coordination Manage customer follow-ups for enquiries, quotations, and ongoing discussions Ensure timely response to all leads, walk-ins, and customer queries Coordinate with customers for quotations, design discussions, order confirmations, payments, etc Order Management Track orders from confirmation to delivery Coordinate with production, design, logistics, etc Ensure timely updates to customers on order status CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate CRM entries for all leads and customers Track: enquiries, follow-ups, conversions Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Store Manager Internal Coordination Work closely with showroom sales team to ensure no missed follow-ups Coordinate with HO teams (design, production, accounts) Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders
