Role: Business Development Executive Location: New Delhi (On-site, Full-time) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong track record in sales and client relationship management within the building materials, interiors, or luxury products sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and procurement teams, and driving KASA DECOR’s growth across multiple verticals including residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Key Responsibilities 1. Identify and target new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. 2.

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, and procurement consultants. 3. Leverage market intelligence to secure product specifications and early project entry. 4. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities. 5.

Present and position KASA DECOR’s luxury surface solutions to meet client design and functional requirements. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized presentations, proposals, and product showcases. 7. Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to strengthen market presence. 8.

Achieve sales and business growth targets through proactive project acquisition and account management. Qualifications & Skills 1. Minimum 1+ years of experience in business development, preferably within building materials, interiors, luxury products, or allied industries. 2.

Strong network of architects, interior designers, developers, and procurement professionals. 3. Solid understanding of luxury surface materials and design applications. 4. Proven ability to identify, pursue, and close project opportunities. 5.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 6. Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently. 7. Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and project site visits.

CTC - 3+ LPA + Travel Allowance + Incentives
