Sales Advisor – Ibiza

Salary: Up to €38,000 basic + Exceptional Commission + €9 Daily Restaurant Ticket

Contract: Fixed-Term Contract until the end of October

We are partnering with one of the world's most prestigious luxury fashion houses to recruit a Sales Advisor for its boutique in Ibiza. Renowned for its timeless elegance, exceptional craftsmanship, and use of the finest natural materials, this iconic brand offers an unrivalled luxury experience to an international clientele.

The Role

As a Sales Advisor, you will deliver a personalised and memorable client experience, building long-term relationships with an international VIP clientele while consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service at every stage of the customer journey.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales and KPI targets.
• Develop a loyal client book through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Maintain impeccable product knowledge and represent the brand's values and heritage.
• Support with visual merchandising, stock management, and boutique standards.
• Collaborate with the team to create an outstanding luxury shopping experience.

About You

• Previous experience within luxury fashion, jewellery, watches, or premium retail.
• Passionate about clientelling and building long-term customer relationships.
• Commercially driven with a proven track record of achieving sales results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, polished, and confident working with an international clientele.
• Fluent English is essential; additional languages are highly advantageous.
