We are looking for a Sales Admin & Logistics Specialist who will contribute to develop the business of the Company in Spain and Portugal, focused on our Air Conditioner business across Iberia region.

The role

The Sales Admin & Logistics Specialist guarantees that the products delivered correspond to the order placed by the customer in terms of price, quantities and deadlines. Also, the Supply Chain department provides support to ensure the good accounting situation and customer satisfaction in the area.

The position reports to the Supply Chain Manager Iberia.

Key accountabilities

• Process the orders from the beginning, from reception of the order, shipping, to customer invoicing

• Ensure smooth and effective delivery tracking

• Follow the payment tracking with Finance team

• Resolve the disputes related to orders and / or deliveries manage damaged deliveries and input the credit note in the system

• Make a daily update on the common tracking tool

• Management of close communication with the customers

• Develop dashboards and activity monitoring, sales data analysis, and customer reports

• Daily contact with the local platforms in Spain and other offices around Europe

Your profile

• +2 years of experience in logistics and supply chain in a similar position

• Master's degree in Logistics and International Trade or similar qualifications

• Interest in developing successful experience in logistics and supply chain

• Languages: fluent in Spanish and English. Chinese is a plus

• Proficient in Excel

• Knowledge about SAP or similar ERPs would be highly appreciated

• Able to work under pressure and have efficient communication with all TCL stakeholders
