Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and promoting our comprehensive ELV & Security System solutions.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base

✅ Meet prospective clients and understand their security & ELV requirements

✅ Promote and sell solutions including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PAVA, Networking, and Surveillance Systems

✅ Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers

✅ Coordinate with the Pre-Sales and Technical teams for solution design and project execution

✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

✅ Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

✅ Conduct product presentations and participate in client meetings

✅ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies

✅ Ensure customer satisfaction and timely payment collections

What We're Looking For

✔ 2–5 years of experience in ELV / Security Systems Sales

✔ Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Networking & Surveillance Solutions

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

✔ Experience in B2B sales, project sales, or tender-based business is preferred

✔ Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel for business development
