Sales Advisor

You’ll spend most of your day speaking to customers who’ve already started a quote. Using structured scripts and clear call flows, you’ll guide conversations, explain pricing in simple terms, and help customers make confident decisions.

Some calls are easy. Others take patience, persistence and confidence to handle objections. There are targets to meet, and some days feel fast-paced and demanding. But if you enjoy conversations with purpose and like seeing effort turn into results, this role will suit you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• A full-time role in-office at Sippy Downs
• Speak with customers on the phone, helping them understand and choose the right cover
• Follow scripts and call flows while learning how to guide real conversations confidently
• Read and interpret policy information in real time, explaining cover and costs clearly
• Work toward sales and performance targets while building strong sales habits
• Perform across multiple systems at once, including online quoting tools and customer records
• Receive regular coaching and feedback, and use it to build confidence and capability over time
