Position Summary
The Route Sales Lead is responsible for developing and managing mobile sales routes, building relationships with businesses and customers, increasing recurring revenue, and overseeing field sales operations.
This role serves as the frontline growth engine for Juice Plug Atlanta.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily sales routes
- Develop new business relationships
- Generate recurring customers
- Promote Plug Life 100 memberships
- Promote Plug Station partnerships
- Manage route inventory
- Track sales performance
- Support event sales
- Train route team members
