What You'll Do: Guide and motivate nursing and caregiving teams to deliver superior care Collaborate closely with families, residents, and interdisciplinary staff to personalize care Uphold regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards Manage budgets and foster a positive environment within a unionized workplace Provide hands-on mentorship and leadership that inspires your team Who You Are: Registered Nurse with current BCCNM registration Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in geriatrics or long-term care CPR certified and values teamwork, respect, and trust Holds or working towards a Master's degree (preferred) Ability to get a recent Vulnerable Sector Check We offer a competitive salary range of 115,000115,000120,000 plus benefits and steadfast support.
