Nursing Services Deputy Director

Provide leadership in nursing management as a Nursing Services Deputy Director. Collaborate with the Director to ensure quality patient care and compliance with applicable laws and standards. This role assists in organizing the Nursing Services department while gaining expertise in geriatric care.

You'll be involved in staff hiring, training, and evaluation, ensuring exceptional care and support for patients. Maintaining a strong liaison with families and support departments is crucial, as is knowledge of policies and regulations governing post-acute care facilities.
