We are looking for experienced, fashion-forward Retail Consultants to join our store teams. The ideal candidate should be passionate about luxury fashion, customer experience, and driving sales while managing day-to-day store operations smoothly. Key Responsibilities: • Drive in-store sales and achieve monthly targets • Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling assistance • Build and maintain long-term client relationships • Upsell and cross-sell products effectively • Manage daily store operations and staff coordination • Ensure excellent visual merchandising and store presentation • Handle billing, inventory coordination, and customer queries • Maintain strong follow-up with clients for repeat purchases • Create a warm, premium shopping experience aligned with the brand Requirements: • Prior experience in retail/store management preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Passion for fashion and styling • Sales-driven mindset with confidence in customer handling • Ability to manage teams and multitask efficiently • Comfortable with retail targets and client relationship management Location New Delhi and Gurugram
