Job Description: Resource Manager / Recruiting Manager Role Overview We're looking for a senior Talent Acquisition leader who can own delivery, drive teams, and partner closely with Sales in a fast-paced IT services environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment delivery across: o Corporate hiring o In-house IT hiring o Contract staffing / C2C hiring /Solutions or Project Hiring Manage and scale bulk hiring teams with strong TAT adherence Act as the primary point of contact for Account Managers (Sales team) Translate business requirements into clear hiring strategies and execution plans Drive team performance using ABFS (Activity-Based Field Steering) metrics Lead a team of Team Leads and Recruiters, ensuring productivity and accountability Build structured workflows for requirement prioritization, pipeline tracking, and closures Continuously improve conversion ratios, turnaround time, and quality of hires Required Experience 10+ years in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Strong experience in IT Services / Staffing companies (must-have) Proven experience handling high-volume / bulk hiring environments Experience managing diverse hiring verticals (Solutions + contract) Strong exposure to stakeholder management (Sales / AMs) Experience leading large recruitment teams Key Skills Stakeholder Management Team Leadership & Performance Management Recruitment Strategy & Execution Data-driven decision making (metrics, dashboards) Strong communication & ownership mindse
