We’re building Potli in the kids (3–10) space. Early stage, but not zero. Founders are from IIT & NIT 100K+ downloads 4.9 rating on the App Store Still early. Still messy. That’s the point. What this role actually is You won’t just push pixels. You’ll shape how the product feels, flows, and earns attention. Turn messy ideas into clear user flows Design mobile experiences (iOS + Android) that feel obvious to a child and trustworthy to a parent Create visuals and interfaces that don’t look like every other app Work closely with product and dev — not throw files over the wall Use tools (Figma, motion, AI) as leverage, not crutches Non-negotiables You have taste You understand UX deeply (behavior, not just screens) Have understanding of Kid's and parent's psychology Demonstrable and original portfolio even if scrappy You care about details You can create original work You’re high agency This will NOT work if: You depend on templates/UI kits to get started You need perfectly defined briefs before thinking Your portfolio is mostly hypothetical redesigns You treat design as a handoff, not ownership Structure 3-month fixed tenure to start Clear path to full-time based on actual work, not promises Context 1–3 years experience is fine Mobile-first (iOS + Android) Delhi (in-office).
