UI/UX Lead

Role: UI/UX Lead Experience: 8–10 Years Location: Ahmedabad / Hybrid Domain: Healthcare We are hiring a UI/UX Lead who can drive end-to-end product design with strong research, structure, and system thinking. This role focuses on creating intuitive, scalable experiences backed by clear design rationale and user insights. Key Responsibilities Lead design from research, user flows, and IA to final UI delivery Define and justify layout, hierarchy, interactions, and visual decisions Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply insights Build and scale design systems (tokens, components, documentation) Deliver high-quality Figma files with components, prototypes, and dev-ready specs Design responsive, accessible interfaces (WCAG standards) Create meaningful micro-interactions and state behaviors Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders Mentor designers and lead constructive design critiques Requirements 8–10 years in UI/UX with leadership experience Expertise in Figma, design systems, and interaction design Strong communication and problem-solving skills
