We’re Hiring: Lead – Seasonings (R&D) | Kochi A leading food ingredients company is looking for a Lead – Seasonings (Food Ingredients) to drive innovation in savory flavor solutions and build a strong seasoning platform across multiple food applications. If you are passionate about flavor science, seasoning formulation, and customer-led product development , this is a great opportunity to lead a growing R&D vertical and shape innovative seasoning solutions. Location: Kochi, Kerala Ideal Candidate: • 10–15 years of experience in seasoning (food ingredients), savory applications, or flavor development . • Strong hands-on expertise in seasoning formulation and application . • Experience in customer-led product development and commercialization . • Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Flavor Chemistry, or related field .

Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end development of seasoning blends for snacks, instant foods, meat & poultry, bakery, and QSR applications. • Develop innovative flavor platforms based on market trends and customer requirements. • Oversee formulation, trials, and scale-up for commercial production. • Work closely with Sales and Key Account teams on customer presentations and technical discussions. • Build and mentor a high-performing seasoning R&D team. • Drive cost optimization and margin improvement initiatives. #Hiring #FoodR&D #Seasonings #FlavorDevelopment #FoodTechnology #SavoryApplications #KochiJobs
