Patent Analyst

Our client, a leading technology company , is looking to hire a Registered Patent Agent with a legal background to join their team in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities Manage and protect the company’s global IP portfolio, with a strong focus on patents, along with trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets Conduct prior art searches, patentability assessments, landscape studies, and Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) analyses to support business and product decisions Develop and implement patent filing strategy, including jurisdictional planning and portfolio optimization aligned with business goals Partner with R&D, engineering, product, and innovation teams to identify patentable inventions and secure timely protection Handle IP enforcement matters, including oppositions, pre- and post-grant challenges, disputes, and litigation support Requirements: LLB/LLM from a recognized institution B.Tech/B .E in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field preferred. 4–8 years of experien ce in Intellectual Property, with strong exposure to patents Hands-on experience i n patent drafting, prosecution, and IP analyti cs Understanding o f emerging technologi es such as GenAI, IoT, and telecom.
