Research Analyst

The Research Analyst of the Client Service team serves as an intermediary between the company & its client with the objective of meeting client needs & executing current business & assisting in developing new business. Responsibilities Assist in designing and implementing market research projects to gather relevant data on customer preference, and competitor analysis. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to extract meaningful insights and trends.

Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings and recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project planning. Provide support in ad-hoc research tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications Should have basic knowledge of Market Research Possess Strong analytical skills Good with building client relationships Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills Knowledge/Qualifications/ Competency: Graduates/Post Graduates in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Psychology, Physics, English, Commerce, Business Administration, Programming, Computer Science, Philosophy MS Excel, MS PowerPoint are a must.
